What Makes The Group Different
This is not a public directory. It is not a freelancer job board. Nor is it a marketplace.
The Alliance Advisory Group is built for professionals who operate confidently in executive environments — where expectations are high, communication must be crisp, discretion is non-negotiable, and outcomes must be measurable.
Alliance members are selected based on expertise, maturity, and alignment with Paragon’s delivery standards. When members are engaged on client work, they are not simply “staffed.” They are represented, positioned, and supported as part of a high-performance advisory ecosystem designed to protect the client experience.
Why the Alliance Exists
There are moments in business where demand accelerates without warning. A client may suddenly require executive coaching at scale. A major initiative may require rapid mobilization of delivery leadership. An acquisition may require immediate support.
A strategic program may need recovery within days, not months.
In these moments, searching the open market introduces unnecessary risk, delays, and inconsistency. The Alliance Advisory Group exists so Paragon can scale responsibly — without compromising the quality, professionalism, or trust our clients expect.
Who the Group is Built For
The Alliance Advisory Group is designed for experienced professionals who are already excellent in their craft, who are seeking higher-calibre opportunities, and who value being part of a trusted bench that is actively represented to clients.
Many Alliance members already have strong independent practices. What they value is not “more work.” What they value is better work — aligned work — and a professional structure that respects their expertise while protecting the client experience.
The Expertise We Curate
The Alliance Advisory Group evolves based on client needs, but we consistently curate expertise across executive and leadership coaching; enterprise and solutions architecture; ERP, CRM, and systems implementation; business analysis across change management, HR, finance, and cybersecurity; program and project delivery leadership; agile coaching; and senior executive or board-level advisory.
This is a bench designed to support complex environments and move quickly when the need arises.

How Engagement Works
Alliance Advisors are Independent Professionals. They are Not Employees of Paragon.
When Paragon identifies a client need that aligns with a member’s expertise, we contact that professional directly to confirm interest and availability. Members are not asked to compete through open bidding processes. They are selected based on alignment. Engagements vary in scope and duration depending on the client environment and the nature of the work, ranging from short advisory support to multi-month delivery roles.
Standards, Readiness and Discretion
Paragon’s Reputation is Built on Trust.
Alliance members may be introduced into confidential environments, mission-critical initiatives, and executive-level discussions where professionalism is non-negotiable. For this reason, our review process is deliberate.
Professional history, experience, communication clarity, and values alignment are assessed carefully. Depending on the nature of the engagement, credential verification, background screening, and readiness reviews may be completed prior to activation.
This structure protects clients, protects outcomes, and ensures the integrity of the bench.
Advisors We Intentionally Curate
The Alliance Advisory Group is intentionally multidisciplinary. While many engagements require technical and delivery leadership, a significant portion of our work is driven by leadership readiness, behavioural adoption, and executive performance — particularly in environments where change is moving quickly and expectations are high.
Leadership Development and Executive Coaches
We actively curate experienced Executive Coaches and Leadership Development specialists who have supported senior leaders through transformation, scale, cultural realignment, and performance elevation. These are professionals who understand that coaching at the executive level is not motivational — it is strategic. They have designed and delivered leadership capability programs, supported succession readiness, strengthened executive presence, and helped leaders navigate high-stakes environments such as acquisitions, enterprise change, and accelerated growth. If you have spent a decade or more working alongside decision-makers and tying behavioural development directly to business outcomes, your experience may align strongly with the Alliance..
Enterprise Solution and Systems Architects
We also curate senior architects and technical leaders who have designed, stabilized, or scaled complex enterprise environments. This includes professionals who have led ERP and CRM implementations, system integrations, data transformations, and enterprise architecture initiatives across multi-stakeholder organizations. These individuals are accustomed to navigating governance structures, managing technical risk, and translating complexity into clarity for executive teams. If you have operated at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution in high-accountability environments, your expertise is highly relevant.
Behavioural Change and Adoption Leaders
This role Paragon is globally recognised for Behavioural & Business Architecture Design, which means we take change beyond communication plans and training decks. We curate senior change leaders who understand how people actually adopt new behaviours — especially in complex environments where fatigue, resistance, and competing priorities can derail execution.
This includes experienced behavioural change practitioners, change strategists, organisational effectiveness specialists, and adoption leaders who have supported enterprise-wide programs such as ERP implementations, operating model redesigns, security awareness initiatives, and large-scale process change. These professionals know how to assess readiness, build practical adoption strategies, strengthen leadership alignment, and create repeatable reinforcement systems that make change stick.
Business Analysis and Strategic Advisors
Many of our engagements require professionals who can bring structure to ambiguity. We seek experienced Business Analysts, change practitioners, HR strategists, financial transformation specialists, and cybersecurity advisors who have supported large-scale initiatives where decisions carry operational and reputational weight. These are individuals who can facilitate alignment, define requirements with precision, assess risk, and design practical roadmaps that withstand scrutiny at the executive level.
Program Delivery and Project Leaders
Execution is where credibility is won or lost. The Alliance curates Program Managers, Project Managers, Agile leaders, and delivery specialists who have led complex initiatives across departments, regions, and cultures. These professionals understand governance, stakeholder dynamics, and disciplined reporting. They are not simply tracking timelines — they are safeguarding outcomes, mitigating risk, and maintaining leadership confidence throughout the lifecycle of critical initiatives.
Executive C-Suite and Board-Level Advisors
Finally, we seek senior executives and board-experienced leaders who can operate at the highest levels of governance and strategic oversight. These individuals have carried enterprise accountability, led organizations through growth or restructuring, advised ownership groups, or served in fractional executive capacities. They bring pattern recognition, judgement, and composure to moments where leadership decisions shape long-term direction.
The Alliance Advisory Group is primarily invitation-only; however, we consider referrals and other experienced professionals who believe their expertise aligns with Paragon's standard, are welcome to request consideration.
We review every submission carefully and we respond to all applicants.
Where alignment exists, we will invite you to meet and explore opportunities.
