What It Means to Be an Associate at Paragon

Our full-time Associates are long-term contributors to our mission, not short-term hires filling seats. We invest in individuals who think strategically, execute with discipline, communicate with clarity, and operate with discretion and professionalism. High standards are not optional here — they are foundational.

At Paragon, Associates work alongside senior executives and global leaders on initiatives that influence thousands, and in some cases millions, of stakeholders. The work is meaningful, the expectations are high, and the growth is real.

We do not hire for volume. We hire for alignment — alignment with our values, our standards, and our commitment to delivering measurable impact.

Careers That Inspire You

Team Lead, Financial Accounting

This role is responsible for strengthening the financial structure behind Paragon’s growth. As a firm, we operate at executive standards, and that includes how we manage financial integrity, reporting discipline, and internal controls. The Team Lead, Financial Accounting is not simply an operational role; it is a high-trust position that supports leadership decision-making, protects the business, and reinforces the professionalism our clients expect.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, reconciliation, expense management, and month-end processes. You will maintain clean, audit-ready records, ensure internal controls are consistently applied, and support the ongoing refinement of financial systems as the firm scales. You will also contribute to leadership-ready reporting that supports forecasting, internal performance visibility, and sound decision-making.

Because Paragon works with discreet and high-stakes client initiatives, confidentiality is essential. This role requires maturity, sound judgement, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. We are looking for someone who values precision, understands that details matter, and is committed to delivering financial excellence as a core part of organizational integrity.

HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for strengthening how Paragon attracts, evaluates, and onboards the people who represent our standards — both internally and externally. At Paragon, talent is not a transaction. It is a trust decision.

As an HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the full hiring lifecycle for two distinct talent groups: Paragon Associates (internal, long-term team members) and Advisory Alliance Advisors (external, project-based experts, consultants, and coaches). While the relationship model is different, the standard is the same: excellence, discretion, professionalism, and alignment with our values.

In this role, you will coordinate recruitment processes, screen candidates, support interview scheduling, and help ensure that the candidate experience reflects the quality of our brand. You will also play a key role in onboarding — ensuring that new Associates and Advisors are equipped with the information, tools, expectations, and behavioural standards required to succeed in Paragon’s environment.

This role requires maturity, judgement, and strong communication. You will handle sensitive information, engage with high-calibre professionals, and be expected to operate with consistency, confidentiality, and precision. You will also help strengthen internal documentation, onboarding workflows, and role clarity systems so that Paragon can scale without compromising its standards.

The ideal candidate understands that talent acquisition is not simply about filling roles. It is about protecting culture, ensuring delivery quality, and building a bench of people who can operate at executive-level expectations — even when the work is fast-paced, high-stakes, and discreet.

Marketing Coordinator

This role supports Paragon’s brand presence, strategic messaging, and execution across the broader ecosystem. Paragon is positioned as a globally recognized Behavioural & Business Architecture Design firm, and our marketing must reflect that level of clarity, authority, and professionalism. The Marketing Coordinator is not responsible for “posting content.” This role supports the disciplined execution of a premium brand, where details, tone, and consistency matter.

In this role, you will support campaign coordination across Paragon’s website, email, and social platforms. You will assist with content publishing and page updates, ensuring formatting, structure, and brand voice are consistently upheld. You will also support SEO-driven improvements, including metadata refinement, internal linking, and content alignment across core pages and solution offerings.

You will work cross-functionally with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging reflects Paragon’s standards, positioning, and strategic direction. This role requires someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of executing with polish. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, understands the difference between “marketing noise” and real brand authority, and can operate with the discipline required in a firm that serves leaders at the executive level.

IT Generalist - Internal Enablement and Systems Support

This role supports the technical foundation that enables Paragon to operate with speed, clarity, and professionalism. While Paragon is not a technology company, we are a modern, digitally enabled advisory firm. That means our internal systems, tools, workflows, and digital assets must operate reliably and securely — without friction, downtime, or unnecessary complexity.

As the IT Generalist, you will provide practical technical support to internal Associates, while also supporting the Marketing and Sales teams with the systems and digital infrastructure required to execute effectively. This role sits at the intersection of internal enablement, operational excellence, and brand execution.

You will support the day-to-day IT needs of the team, including user access, account setup, device coordination, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring that tools and platforms remain stable and well-maintained. You will also assist with light system administration across Paragon’s core business platforms, ensuring that permissions, integrations, and foundational configurations are kept clean and secure.

In addition, you will provide support for basic web maintenance and updates, including small adjustments, page configuration changes, troubleshooting, and implementation support for SEO, structured data, and tracking tools as required. You will not be expected to act as a full-stack developer; however, you will be expected to bring technical competence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work carefully in a premium brand environment where details matter.

This role requires someone who is reliable, self-directed, and capable of communicating technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You will be trusted to operate with discretion, to manage access responsibly, and to contribute to the operational stability that allows Paragon to deliver at a high level.

The ideal candidate understands that IT support is not simply about “fixing issues.” It is about enabling people to work with confidence, protecting the integrity of the business, and ensuring the organization has the technical structure required to scale with excellence.

Even in our most operational roles, we hire for excellence. Our Associates are trusted to represent Paragon’s standards in how they think, communicate, and execute — because our clients feel the difference.
